Growth Source edition 1.1.0

Waitlists & Early Access

Invite people into your next release.

Collect early-access requests, verify email ownership, review who to invite and let people accept an invitation. Your app confirms when it has actually enabled their access.

Example scenario

Invite a reviewed batch into your beta

Someone requests early access and confirms their email. Review the request, send an invitation and let them accept it. Your app separately records when it has enabled access.

From setup to the result

  1. Publish the signup page and send a verification email through your Resend account.
  2. Review verified requests and approve the people you want to invite.
  3. Send an expiring invitation and record the recipient’s acceptance.
  4. Enable access in your own app, confirm it to the service and honor later withdrawal.

What the package handles

What you can build with it

  • A signup page with email confirmation and request management.
  • A private review queue, expiring invitations and recorded acceptance.
  • A clear handoff to your app for account creation and access.

Supported behavior

  • Email ownership confirmation
  • Reviewed early-access approvals and expiring invitations
  • Private links to check or withdraw a request
  • Invitation acceptance and a separate host access confirmation

Before you choose

Will it fit your project?

Who it is for

  • Founders preparing a private beta or a staged launch.
  • Teams inviting customers in reviewed batches.

Runtime and connections

Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.

Depending on the features you enable, setup can require your own Resend accounts and credentials. Their usage, plans and transaction charges are separate from the source purchase. Check the supported behavior below before choosing a connection.

A useful handoff to your coding agent

How setup works

The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.

  1. Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
  2. Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
  3. Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.

Questions to prepare

  • Where will people join the waitlist, and which title and sending address should it use?
  • Who reviews verified requests, and how long should confirmation and invitation links remain valid?
  • Which app enables accepted customers’ access, and how should it handle a later withdrawal?

What your agent checks

  • Confirm that signup responses reveal no existing membership or private links.
  • Verify an email, approve a request and accept an invitation in the fixture journey.
  • Withdraw before delivery and check that pending messages stop.
  • Confirm host access separately from invitation acceptance.

Scope of this edition

Important limits

Resend delivers verification and invitation email. Your app creates accounts, grants access and handles account revocation after withdrawal. This release does not provide referral rankings or queue-position promises.

  • No automatic account provisioning or host entitlement revocation.
  • A sent email cannot be recalled; pending jobs recheck withdrawal.
  • No public bulk export, queue-position promise or referral ranking.
  • Management links expire after one year; operator assistance is required after expiry.
  • Operator lists return up to 1000 requests.

Before you decide

Will this work with my existing app?

The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.

What will my agent need from me?

Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.

What happens if setup fails?

The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.

Is this a subscription?

Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.

Can I buy this now?

Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
