Helpful Mods is operated by LLM Research Labs LLC. These terms cover our website, source purchases, included fixes, documentation and support. The source package you purchase also includes a commercial source license. The seller and purchase details appear on your receipt. Contact us if you have a question about an order or these terms.

Buying and using a mod

A mod is a software source package that you or your coding agent installs in your project. Its product page and included documentation describe its supported environment, dependencies and scope. Hosting, databases, AI usage and other external services are paid for and managed through your own accounts unless an offer expressly includes them.

You must have authority to make the purchase and accept these terms. If you buy for a company, you must have authority to act for that company. Keep your account and download credentials private. Your authorized employees and contractors may work with the source for your licensed product under the package license.

Buying a mod grants the source license described below; it does not transfer ownership of Helpful Mods' software. You are responsible for your application, the information it processes, your provider accounts, and the changes or external actions you authorize during installation and use. Give your agent the permissions it needs for your project. A package purchase is not permission for an agent to publish, send messages, change other accounts or spend more money on your behalf.

Source license

One purchase licenses the selected mod for one commercial product, with unlimited end users and reasonable development, staging and production environments. You may use, modify and operate source versions already received indefinitely under that license. A separate product or a product built for another client needs its own license.

You keep ownership of your application, data, accounts, configuration and independently created work. You may distribute your application to its end users, including as a hosted service or compiled application, when the mod's source is not itself the principal product being sold. You may not resell or publicly distribute the package as a component, template, library, code bank or competing development toolkit. Preserve copyright and third-party notices.

The source license explains these rights in more detail. Third-party dependencies keep their own licenses. Those licenses are not restricted by our commercial license.

Included setup help and fixes

Your source purchase includes 30 days of help with initial setup, starting on the purchase date shown on your receipt. It also includes at least 12 months of bug and security fixes for the purchased version, starting on that date. The 30-day setup-help period does not shorten the included fix period. The support policy explains how to report a defect and what the included support covers.

There is no monthly update subscription or automatic renewal. You may continue using source versions already received under their license after the included fix period ends. A future major upgrade may be offered as a separate, optional purchase. Its price and scope will be shown before purchase; you are not automatically enrolled or charged for it. We do not promise an undisclosed feature roadmap or continued compatibility with every future external service. Mandatory rights to fixes, updates or other remedies continue to apply.

A full refund of a source purchase ends new downloads, hosted resources and fix access for that refunded purchase, subject to applicable law. A partial refund, unresolved dispute or suspected fraud may place those services on hold while the payment is reviewed. Payment-provider actions can remain pending until confirmed. These access changes do not remove source from your project or by themselves revoke rights under the delivered license. See the refund policy for the effects and confirmation process.

Prices, payment and delivery

Each mod's source license costs $99 USD. After you have made a qualifying paid mod purchase, additional mods cost $75 USD each. A cart or unpaid order does not establish eligibility for the additional-mod price. The amount, currency, applicable taxes and selected terms are shown before payment. A quote may expire. Your receipt records the completed order. Payment processing is handled through Stripe and, where offered, an authorized payment wallet. We do not ask you to send full card details or Stripe credentials in support messages.

An agent may make a purchase only within the purchaser's authority. The payment provider may require the purchaser's approval. A payment attempt or redirect alone does not establish a completed order; delivery follows verified payment and an order record.

Support information

Support email may be handled by AI agents using approved product information. An automated reply can make mistakes and cannot approve refunds, change purchases or promise a different price or license. Email support@helpfulmods.com if you need further review. The checkout terms, receipt and written agreement with us govern an order.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow us and the service providers we use to process it as needed to answer you, support your purchase, operate the service and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you lack authority to share or include passwords, secret keys, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or support channels to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send abusive or deceptive material, distribute malware, bypass access controls, obtain packages you are not entitled to, or disrupt the service. The source license permits legitimate modification of purchased source; these website restrictions do not remove that permission.

We may restrict website or download access when reasonably needed to address security incidents, unlawful activity or a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the problem and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Restricting an account does not by itself erase a valid source license or any rights the law gives you.

Software and external services

Software may contain defects, and external services may change, fail or impose new requirements. You should test your installation and maintain appropriate backups before relying on it. The included support and any express commitments on your order still apply.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not give additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement, or guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, or limits liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Changes and questions

We may update the website and these terms. We will post the revised terms with an updated date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove source rights already granted or replace a paid order's agreed terms without a valid basis and any consent the law requires.

For questions or a dispute about an order, email support@helpfulmods.com with enough information to identify the purchase. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim before a court or regulator.
