Growth Source edition 1.1.0
Onboarding Journeys
Help customers finish getting started.
Give customers a checklist with step screens, saved answers and progress confirmed by your app. Retain their place when they return, and remind consenting customers about the next incomplete required milestone.
Example scenario
A checklist that reflects real progress
A new customer answers the first setup questions, returns later and continues where they stopped. Their next step opens the relevant action in your app; the checklist advances when your backend confirms that action succeeded.
From setup to the result
- Configure the journey and enroll the customer’s account.
- Let the customer open steps and save their answers.
- Run the step’s real action in your app and record the committed backend event.
- Resume saved progress and send an authorized reminder only when the required step remains incomplete.
What the package handles
What you can build with it
- A customer checklist with text, select and checkbox step fields.
- Saved answers, resume navigation and durable account progress.
- Trusted product-event completion and reminders that recheck progress, pause and consent.
Supported behavior
- Customer checklist and text/select/checkbox step screens
- Saved answers and resume navigation
- Progress confirmed by trusted app events, including out-of-order events
- Consented Resend or HTTPS reminders for the next required step
Before you choose
Will it fit your project?
Who it is for
- Products with several steps before customers reach their first useful result.
- Teams connecting a visible checklist to real product events and reminders.
Runtime and connections
Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.
Depending on the features you enable, setup can require your own Resend accounts and credentials. Their usage, plans and transaction charges are separate from the source purchase. Check the supported behavior below before choosing a connection.
A useful handoff to your coding agent
How setup works
The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.
- Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
- Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
- Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.
Questions to prepare
- What first useful result should customers reach, and which steps lead to it?
- Which committed product events prove those steps succeeded?
- Which answers should be saved, and which real app action belongs behind each step?
- Which incomplete steps warrant reminders, and where are consent and account pauses recorded?
What your agent checks
- Resume an enrollment without resetting answers or progress.
- Process duplicate and out-of-order product events.
- Ensure browser clicks alone cannot certify a business milestone.
- Complete or pause a step before a reminder runs and verify suppression.
Scope of this edition
Important limits
The app supplies identity, action routes and committed product events. Journey definitions are fixed at enrollment; up to 30 steps and 100 enrollments per account are supported. Only the next incomplete required step receives one reminder per consent/resume generation.
- No automatic SDK instrumentation, subscription verification or customer identity provider.
- Journey definitions are snapshotted at enrollment; existing journeys do not silently change when config changes.
- Only the next incomplete required step receives one reminder per consent/resume generation; optional steps remain tracked but do not gate completion.
- At most 100 enrollments per account. In-flight messages cannot be recalled.
- Up to 30 steps per journey; saving answers does not prove the host business action succeeded.
Before you decide
Will this work with my existing app?
The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.
What will my agent need from me?
Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.
What happens if setup fails?
The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.
Is this a subscription?
Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.
Can I buy this now?
Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
