If you already purchased a mod, you can also use the support contact on your receipt. Email us if you need help finding an order or understanding your source license.

What to include

For an existing purchase, provide the order number and the email used for the order. For a technical problem, include the mod name, package version, supported environment and error message. For a privacy request, tell us which information or conversation your request concerns so we can identify the relevant records.

Do not send your password, API keys, full payment card number, unrelated customer records or sensitive information that is not needed to handle the request.

Replies

Email support may send automatic replies based on approved product information. An automated answer does not approve a refund, change an order or replace the written terms of a purchase. Ask for further review if it does not resolve your question.

The email worker does not open attachments, although the original email and attachments are received by the mailbox. Describe the issue in the message text. A billing, ownership or privacy request is reviewed separately; sending an email does not authorize an automatic account or financial change.
