Operations Source edition 1.1.0
Forms & Intake
Collect the answers your team needs.
Publish a form for inquiries, applications or other structured responses. Choose text, select and checkbox fields, require the consent you need and review each response privately before an optional export.
Example scenario
Collect a structured project inquiry
Publish a form with the text, selection and consent fields your team needs. Review submitted responses privately and approve an optional export to your configured backend receiver.
From setup to the result
- Configure fields, required answers, permission text and the confirmation message.
- Publish the form and expose its page or approved embed.
- Collect a response against the version the visitor actually saw.
- Review privately and optionally export accepted responses to your own receiver.
What the package handles
What you can build with it
- A public form page or allowed-origin embed with server validation.
- Published form versions and private submission receipts.
- Operator acceptance or rejection and an optional reviewed HTTPS export.
Supported behavior
- Published forms with text, select and checkbox fields
- Required answers and explicit consent validation
- Private submission review and saved receipts
- Optional reviewed export to an idempotent HTTPS receiver
Before you choose
Will it fit your project?
Who it is for
- Businesses collecting inquiries or applications through an existing site.
- Teams that need reviewed responses sent to a controlled backend receiver.
Runtime and connections
Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.
Hosting and PostgreSQL costs are separate from the source purchase. A configured external receiver, if used, has its own requirements and costs.
A useful handoff to your coding agent
How setup works
The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.
- Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
- Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
- Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.
Questions to prepare
- Which text, select and checkbox answers are needed, and which must be required?
- What permission should respondents explicitly confirm?
- Where should the form appear, who reviews responses and is an HTTPS export needed?
What your agent checks
- Submit valid and invalid responses, including required consent.
- Replay the same response key and obtain the same receipt.
- Republish a form while a visitor has it open and require reload before submission.
- Reject private response access by a visitor and inspect the export receipt separately.
Scope of this edition
Important limits
Configured text, select and checkbox forms; up to 50 forms, 25 fields each and 1000 saved responses per tenant. File uploads, signatures, conditional branching, drag-and-drop editing and email verification are outside this release. Anonymous responses do not verify identity.
- No drag-and-drop builder, file uploads, signatures, conditional branching or email verification.
- At most 50 forms, 25 fields per form and 1000 saved submissions per tenant; lower limits can be configured.
- Anonymous responses do not establish a verified identity. Receipt IDs do not authorize private access.
- Receiver must deduplicate Idempotency-Key and return JSON with a nonempty id. Exports are one per submission; canceled exports require operator reconciliation.
- No automatic response retention/deletion; collection stops at the configured saved-response cap.
Before you decide
Will this work with my existing app?
The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.
What will my agent need from me?
Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.
What happens if setup fails?
The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.
Is this a subscription?
Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.
Can I buy this now?
Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
