Growth Source edition 1.1.0

Testimonials

Publish customer stories with their permission.

Let signed-in customers submit a quote, review each version and publish the wording they permitted you to use. Customers can edit their submission or withdraw permission from their account.

Example scenario

Keep permission with the words you publish

A signed-in customer submits a quote and permission for its use. Review that revision before publishing it. If the customer withdraws permission, remove service display and follow through on any copies in your own site or marketing.

From setup to the result

  1. Configure the permission text and connect the customer’s existing app session.
  2. Let the customer submit a quote, display name and description.
  3. Review and publish the approved version while later edits remain private.
  4. Remove withdrawn content from the service and any copies used elsewhere.

What the package handles

What you can build with it

  • A customer submission form and public testimonial gallery.
  • Private revisions with permission recorded for each version.
  • Moderation, deliberate publication, customer withdrawal and operator removal.

Supported behavior

  • Signed-in customer submissions and edits
  • Permission retained with each submitted revision
  • Review and deliberate publication of the approved wording
  • Public testimonial gallery, customer withdrawal and operator removal

Before you choose

Will it fit your project?

Who it is for

  • Businesses collecting short customer stories for their site.
  • Teams that need a record of permission and reviewed wording.

Runtime and connections

Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.

Hosting and PostgreSQL costs are separate from the source purchase. A configured external receiver, if used, has its own requirements and costs.

A useful handoff to your coding agent

How setup works

The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.

  1. Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
  2. Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
  3. Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.

Questions to prepare

  • How does the existing app sign customers in before they submit?
  • What wording gives permission for the way you intend to use the quote, name and description?
  • Who reviews submissions, and where must withdrawn copies be removed?

What your agent checks

  • Submit as one customer and verify another customer cannot edit or read private revisions.
  • Reject publication of a pending, rejected or stale revision.
  • Edit a published story and verify the old approved wording remains public during review.
  • Withdraw permission and verify the gallery no longer returns the story.

Scope of this edition

Important limits

Names and descriptions are supplied by contributors; the service makes no verified-purchase or verified-identity claim. Your app provides customer sign-in and removes withdrawn copies from other pages, marketing materials and caches.

  • Customer names and descriptions are self-supplied; this module makes no verified-purchase or verified-identity claim.
  • Host app must issue customer sessions; anonymous submissions are not accepted.
  • Withdrawal removes service display immediately; host must remove copied content and caches.
  • Moderation lists return up to 1000 submissions; gallery returns up to 200.
  • No external review-platform import, syndication or incentive management.
  • At most 1000 revisions per submission.

Before you decide

Will this work with my existing app?

The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.

What will my agent need from me?

Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.

What happens if setup fails?

The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.

Is this a subscription?

Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.

Can I buy this now?

Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
