Growth Source edition 1.0.4
Referrals and Partner Rewards
Keep the introduction and reward connected.
Run your own referral program with stable links, first-touch attribution, verified one-time Stripe conversions, reward holds, refund corrections, and reviewed ledger exports.
Example scenario
A reward ledger you can reconcile
An existing partner shares a referral link. Your app supplies the permitted attribution and verified customer identity; confirmed one-time Stripe conversions enter a reward hold and later a reviewed export. A refund can create a correction for review.
From setup to the result
- Register a partner and map verified customer identities.
- Record an authorized referral touch and submit a unique checkout.
- Retrieve current Stripe state and retain reward and correction entries.
- Review eligible entries and export approved ledger instructions.
What the package handles
What you can build with it
- Stable partner links and explicit attribution windows.
- Self-referral checks, verified conversions, and minor-unit rewards.
- Review holds, disputes, refund reversals, and owner-approved CSV exports.
Supported behavior
- First-touch referral attribution, self-referral checks, one-time Stripe Checkout verification, and minor-unit reward arithmetic.
- Held/reviewed rewards, signed refund/dispute reconciliation, append-only amount adjustments, and approved CSV exports.
- Snapshot Checkout, charge.refunded, and charge.dispute events through the shared verified endpoint.
Before you choose
Will it fit your project?
Who it is for
- Businesses with an existing referral or partner program.
- Teams replacing manually reconciled referral spreadsheets.
Runtime and connections
Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.
Depending on the features you enable, setup can require your own Stripe accounts and credentials. Their usage, plans and transaction charges are separate from the source purchase. Check the supported behavior below before choosing a connection.
A useful handoff to your coding agent
How setup works
The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.
- Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
- Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
- Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.
Questions to prepare
- What first-touch window, reward percentage, hold period, and currency define the program?
- Which customer-facing URL receives the stable referral code?
- How does your trusted application map customers to Stripe and establish tracking permission?
What your agent checks
- Retain first-touch attribution and reject self-referrals or reused checkouts.
- Hold rewards until the configured review period passes.
- Export a reviewed reward, append a refund correction, and prevent double export.
Scope of this edition
Important limits
One-time conversions only, in one configured currency. The service operates your program; it supplies no partners or customers. An export never transfers money, debits a partner, or proves a payout happened.
- No affiliate marketplace, partner recruitment, actual payouts, automatic debits, tax reporting, subscription renewal commissions, or cross-currency rewards.
- Identity bindings and tracking permission come from a trusted application. The service does not infer email ownership or track anonymous browser cookies.
- Negative post-export corrections must be reviewed and carried into a later export. The export is an instruction document, never evidence that money moved.
Before you decide
Will this work with my existing app?
The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.
What will my agent need from me?
Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.
What happens if setup fails?
The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.
Is this a subscription?
Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.
Can I buy this now?
Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
