Growth Source edition 1.0.4

Leads & Followups

Give every inquiry a next step.

Capture incoming inquiries, qualify and assign contacts with explicit rules, and follow up only while the contact remains eligible and has permissioned delivery.

Example scenario

Follow up on the right inquiry

Your existing form sends a new inquiry with a stable event ID. Apply your qualification rules, assign an owner and queue a permitted follow-up. Send replies and opt-outs back to the service so later messages use current eligibility.

From setup to the result

  1. Receive an inquiry from your authenticated application.
  2. Apply qualification rules and assign the contact.
  3. Queue the configured follow-up sequence.
  4. Stop future messages after a reply, opt-out, or closed stage.

What the package handles

What you can build with it

  • Normalized contacts with original inquiry and source-event history.
  • Rule-based qualification and rotation through configured assignees.
  • Consent-aware follow-up jobs and mapped HTTPS CRM exports.

Supported behavior

  • Authenticated existing-app intake
  • Resend plain-text email
  • HTTPS receiver webhook with idempotency and JSON receipt
  • One-contact-per-normalized-email deduplication

Before you choose

Will it fit your project?

Who it is for

  • Service businesses receiving inquiries through several channels.
  • Sales teams that lose track of who needs a response.
  • Agencies building a repeatable inquiry-to-handoff process.

Runtime and connections

Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.

Depending on the features you enable, setup can require your own Resend accounts and credentials. Their usage, plans and transaction charges are separate from the source purchase. Check the supported behavior below before choosing a connection.

A useful handoff to your coding agent

How setup works

The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.

  1. Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
  2. Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
  3. Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.

Questions to prepare

  • Which existing form or app sends inquiries, and which stable source/event IDs and verified customer identity does it supply?
  • Which budget, team-size, or source rules qualify an inquiry, and who receives each new contact?
  • Which followup steps, timing, and consent source apply? How will actual replies and opt-outs reach this service?
  • Is CRM sharing permitted, which fields should be mapped, and does the receiver deduplicate requests and return a receipt ID?

What your agent checks

  • Replay intake without duplicating the contact or source event.
  • Check qualification, assignment, and a permitted simulated follow-up.
  • Withdraw consent or record a reply before sending and verify suppression.

Scope of this edition

Important limits

Your app supplies verified inquiries, replies, and permission changes. Resend or a deduplicating HTTPS receiver handles delivery. There is no public form builder, inbox polling, address verification, or native CRM OAuth connection.

  • No public lead form, inbox polling, address verification, or native CRM OAuth adapter.
  • The trusted app must verify replies, customer identity, consent and opt-out signals.
  • In-flight sends cannot be recalled; opt-outs committed before the send check suppress delivery.
  • Operator list returns at most 1000 contacts; use individual IDs for larger stores.

Before you decide

Will this work with my existing app?

The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.

What will my agent need from me?

Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.

What happens if setup fails?

The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.

Is this a subscription?

Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.

Can I buy this now?

Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
