Content Source edition 1.0.4

Media Workshop

Take the asset from brief to approved version.

Manage image briefs, private PNG/JPEG/WebP imports, optional generation, version-specific approval, and real resized or re-encoded exports.

Example scenario

One approved image, several export sizes

Import a licensed product image, keep its creative brief nearby and approve a specific version. Export real resized PNG, JPEG or WebP files for the destinations you choose.

From setup to the result

  1. Record a brief and authorization for its source material.
  2. Import image bytes or request a generated candidate.
  3. Review and approve the current image and brief.
  4. Resize or encode the approved source and retrieve the private export.

What the package handles

What you can build with it

  • Creative briefs, rights attestations, and private source images.
  • Optional model generation with visible budget reservations and review.
  • Approved Sharp exports with source/output checksums and destination dimensions.

Supported behavior

  • PNG/JPEG/WebP imports and real Sharp resize/format conversion
  • Private PostgreSQL blobs up to 10 MB; images up to 40 million pixels and 8192px edges
  • OpenAI Images generations endpoint, one image per approved request
  • Version/checksum approval traces and private exports

Before you choose

Will it fit your project?

Who it is for

  • Marketing teams producing repeatable visual assets.
  • Agencies coordinating client creative reviews.

Runtime and connections

Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.

Depending on the features you enable, setup can require your own OpenAI accounts and credentials. Their usage, plans and transaction charges are separate from the source purchase. Check the supported behavior below before choosing a connection.

A useful handoff to your coding agent

How setup works

The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.

  1. Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
  2. Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
  3. Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.

Questions to prepare

  • Who owns or licenses imported assets, and who signs off on creative briefs and usage rights?
  • Which image formats and pixel dimensions does each destination require?
  • Enable OpenAI image generation? Choose a supported model, quality, fixed size, conservative per-request reservation and monthly reservation budget. Provider billing can exceed estimates.

What your agent checks

  • Match file bytes to the declared format and reject unsupported images.
  • Invalidate approval after an image or brief change.
  • Produce the requested real format/dimensions without upscaling.

Scope of this edition

Important limits

Imports and exports support PNG, JPEG, and WebP; source limits are 10 MB, 40 million pixels, and 8192-pixel edges. Video, SVG, animation, remote URL imports, inpainting, and image editing are excluded. The module neither publishes nor publicly hosts assets.

  • No video, SVG, animation, remote URL imports, OCR, inpainting or image edits
  • Rights are attested by the customer; ownership is not automatically verified
  • Reservation budget is an operator estimate, not a hard provider billing ceiling
  • No destination publishing or public asset hosting

Before you decide

Will this work with my existing app?

The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.

What will my agent need from me?

Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.

What happens if setup fails?

The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.

Is this a subscription?

Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.

Can I buy this now?

Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
