Service Source edition 1.1.0
Customer Support
Let customers carry a support conversation through.
Let signed-in customers open tickets, read confirmed replies and follow up from a page in your app. Staff manage routing, private notes, reviewed knowledge-backed replies and resolution in a separate workspace.
Example scenario
Let a customer continue their ticket in your app
A signed-in customer opens a support ticket, reads the confirmed staff reply and adds a follow-up. Staff keep private notes separate and review a reply drawn from approved help material before sending it.
From setup to the result
- Connect the customer’s verified app session to the ticket page.
- Receive the question, assign a staff owner and add private notes as needed.
- Draft from current approved knowledge, review the reply and deliver it.
- Resolve explicitly; a later customer response reopens the ticket.

Before you choose
Will it fit your project?
Who it is for
- Small support teams adding a customer ticket interface.
- Products answering recurring questions from reviewed customer-safe knowledge.
Runtime and connections
Current packages run on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. You provide hosting and connect the package to your existing app. The included guide describes the supported integration; this is not a hosted service.
Depending on the features you enable, setup can require your own OpenAI, Resend accounts and credentials. Their usage, plans and transaction charges are separate from the source purchase. Check the supported behavior below before choosing a connection.
A useful handoff to your coding agent
How setup works
The source package includes local setup instructions, an integration guide, examples, help articles and verification resources. Your agent can use those files without signing in to a hosted reference page.
- Check the requirements. Your agent inspects the application, runtime, database and supported connections before making changes.
- Configure your installation. Answer the product-specific questions below, connect your own accounts where needed and retain the configuration privately.
- Connect and verify. Use the included checks and a representative workflow, then verify any chosen external service separately before relying on it.
Questions to prepare
- Where should customers open tickets, and how does the app verify account ownership?
- Who receives each topic, what response times apply and who reviews escalation?
- Which current policies may staff quote in customer replies?
- Should replies stay in the app or use verified account email or an HTTPS receiver?
What your agent checks
- Keep another customer’s tickets, staff notes and drafts out of customer reads.
- Replay ticket and reply requests without duplicating conversations.
- Display an outbound reply only after confirmed or approved archive delivery.
- Resolve a ticket, reply as its customer and verify reopening.
Scope of this edition
Important limits
No Gmail/IMAP intake or provider email threading. Draft generation selects knowledge quotations for human review. Customer-form tickets have no email destination; a trusted backend supplies verified account email when email delivery is needed. SLA checks need a configured caller and do not send alerts by themselves.
- No Gmail/IMAP inbox ingestion or email threading provider
- Model replies are exact quoted knowledge passages; operators can revise and approve them
- No automatic resolution after delivery
- Webhook receivers must deduplicate Idempotency-Key and return an id receipt
- SLA checks need a configured worker/automation caller; no external alerts are sent by escalation
- Default installation limits are 200 tickets and 200 messages per ticket; configuration can raise each to 500.
- Customer-form tickets cannot receive email unless a trusted backend creates the ticket with a verified account email.
Before you decide
Will this work with my existing app?
The package runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Your coding agent connects it to your application using the included integration guide and supported interfaces. Check the requirements, supported behavior and limits on this page; compatibility with every framework or hosting provider is not promised.
What will my agent need from me?
Your goals, the relevant app details and permission to configure your own accounts. The setup questions on this page help prepare that handoff. Keep credentials in your own private environment; do not paste secrets into a public support request.
What happens if setup fails?
The package includes verification and troubleshooting resources so your agent can inspect the failure and resume the documented setup. Initial setup and reproducible-defect support lasts 30 days from purchase. The refund policy covers material defects we cannot fix, alongside applicable statutory rights.
Is this a subscription?
Helpful Mods sells the source package once. There is no monthly maintenance subscription or automatic renewal. Hosting and connected services have their own costs. Optional major upgrades require a separate purchase.
Can I buy this now?
Purchases are not open yet. You can inspect the product information and use the library planner while checkout is being prepared. A plan is not an order and does not grant source access.
