Support
Your mod purchase includes 30 days of help with initial setup and at least 12 months of bug and security fixes for the purchased version. Both periods begin on the purchase date shown on your receipt.
Getting help
Email support@helpfulmods.com, or use the support contact on your receipt. Include the mod name and package version, order number, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the relevant error message. Tell us which documented runtime and providers you are using. A small example that reproduces a defect is useful when it can be shared without secrets or customer data.
Support may be handled by AI agents. We do not promise a staffed human chat or an undisclosed response time. Ask for further review if a response does not resolve the issue.
For a coding agent, start with the package's setup/SKILL.md. The included agent help, error reference and integration documents explain supported dependencies and recovery steps. If a hosted resource requires sign-in that your agent cannot complete, use the files included in your purchased package. Do not give an agent your Helpful Mods password or private vendor credentials to get around a sign-in page.
What the included support covers
During the first 30 days, we can help clarify package instructions and investigate initial setup in the documented supported environment. You can report bugs and security problems in the purchased version throughout the included fix period. The end of initial setup help does not end your access to those fixes.
The purchase does not include bespoke application development, unrelated infrastructure work, editorial services or unlimited consulting. A separate agreement is needed for additional work. The included fix commitment does not promise every new feature or a future major upgrade. A separately priced major upgrade, if offered, is optional and requires a new purchase decision. There is no monthly update subscription or automatic renewal.
Email replies and private information
Email support may send automatic replies based on approved product information. Its worker does not open attachments; describe the problem in the email text and ask how to provide any necessary file. Billing, account and privacy requests need further review and are not instructions for automatic financial or account changes.
For an account, payment or license decision, rely on the order record or a confirmed support decision. Do not share passwords, API keys, full payment details, private customer records or information you lack authority to disclose.
For help choosing a mod, start with the mod library or email us with the feature you need and your project's requirements.
The Privacy Policy explains how support information is handled. The refund policy explains order problems and our refund commitment for a material defect we cannot fix. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected by the initial setup or included fix periods.
