Third-party software and services

Helpful Mods packages include or depend on software provided by other developers. Those components retain their own licenses and notices. Our commercial source license applies to the Helpful Mods source we license; it does not replace or restrict rights granted under a dependency's license.

Consult the dependency and notice files delivered with your selected package. Dependencies differ by mod and version. Keep their notices when you distribute an application as required by the applicable license.

Website chat

The separate Website Chat package includes Deep Chat and Three.js, each under the MIT License. Their copyright and license notices are provided in the Website Chat third-party notices. These package notices do not mean a chat widget is currently available on this website. Other dependencies and bundled notices are recorded in that package. A developer's project name or trademark does not imply endorsement of Helpful Mods.

Hosted services

Our website and support use service providers, including OpenAI for hosting-related services and AI-assisted replies, and Google Fonts for typography. Stripe processes payments when checkout is offered. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. The Privacy Policy describes the information processed through the Helpful Mods website.

The mods you install may connect to additional providers under your own accounts. Read the selected package's dependency guide before installation. A source purchase does not include those providers' subscriptions or usage charges unless the offer expressly says so.
