# Helpful Mods catalog

> Source packages for adding a defined workflow to an existing application. These are public product summaries; the package includes the full setup material.

All 24 listed mods have Source available status. Purchases are not open yet. The public catalog is available for evaluation. Do not treat a listed price, a product status, or this document as a completed order or permission to charge.

The first mod costs $99 USD. Each additional mod costs $75 USD for an existing customer with a prior qualifying completed paid purchase. Checkout must verify that eligibility; an unpaid cart or a claim from the buyer is insufficient. Applicable taxes and separately purchased provider services may add costs.

There is no monthly maintenance or update subscription. A purchase includes at least 12 months of bug and security fixes for the purchased version, beginning on the receipt's purchase date. Substantial future major upgrades may be offered as optional paid purchases; no upgrade price is set here, and there is no automatic renewal.

Received source versions remain usable indefinitely for one licensed commercial product. The purchase includes 30 days of initial setup and reproducible-defect support, beginning on the receipt's purchase date. That setup-support period is separate from the included bug/security-fix period. Hosting, database service, model usage, email, connected-provider fees, and bespoke application development are separate.

A listed source version describes the current catalog entry. A previous purchaser's access, received-source license, included fixes and upgrade rights depend on the purchased version and receipt terms; the latest catalog version does not grant or remove those rights.

Current runtime: Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Each mod has its own integration requirements and limits below.

## Recurring Writing

Product ID: `writing`. Listed source version: 1.0.4.

A source package for one recurring publication: scheduled writing informed by your supplied sources and previous issues, with repetition checks, manual review, a durable archive, and exports. Runs on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17.

What it includes:

- Publication settings for audience, purpose, voice, topics, source text, cadence, and model budget.
- Durable generation jobs, writing history, deterministic repetition checks, and visible failed or held work.
- A review workspace, revisions, approval, archive records, and downloadable issue exports.
- An authenticated HTTP API, CLI, local MCP server, examples, and an agent setup guide.
- Optional HTTPS webhook or Resend delivery to configured recipients.

Requirements and limits: Version 1 supports one publication and one trusted operator per installation on Node.js 22.13+ and PostgreSQL 17. Supplied text provides the sources; source URLs are attribution and are not fetched. Generation uses OpenAI Responses. Resend sends to configured recipients and does not manage subscriber lists. Hosting, database, model usage, email, and existing-app integration are separate. Repetition checks use the configured history and do not guarantee originality.

What it includes:

- Persistent email/customer records and expiring continuation tokens.

- Provider reconciliation, subscription expiry, and refund/dispute holds.

Additional limits:

- No tax, discounts, arbitrary trial setup, usage billing, refunds initiation, or outbound marketing.
- A continuation token resumes state; the surrounding application must authenticate its customer and verify email where required.

## Leads & Followups

Product ID: `leads`. Listed source version: 1.0.4.

Supported connections and behavior:

Additional limits:

- At most 100 enrollments per account. In-flight messages cannot be recalled.
- Up to 30 steps per journey; saving answers does not prove the host business action succeeded.

## Customer Support

What it includes:

- A customer ticket form, owned ticket list and conversation view.

Requirements and limits: No Gmail/IMAP intake or provider email threading. Draft generation selects knowledge quotations for human review. Customer-form tickets have no email destination; a trusted backend supplies verified account email when email delivery is needed. SLA checks need a configured caller and do not send alerts by themselves.

Additional limits:

- No Gmail/IMAP inbox ingestion or email threading provider
- Model replies are exact quoted knowledge passages; operators can revise and approve them
- No automatic resolution after delivery
- Webhook receivers must deduplicate Idempotency-Key and return an id receipt

Additional limits:

- No automatic provider data connector or accounting/tax authority
- Missing/stale data is withheld rather than estimated
- Customer snapshots only include rows tagged with that customerId

## Feedback & Roadmap

Product ID: `feedback`. Listed source version: 1.1.0.

Give signed-in customers a feedback form and their own submission history. Review requests privately, group related topics and publish a separate read-only roadmap for visitors.

What it includes:

- Reviewed public roadmap snapshots, private decisions and permitted follow-up.

Supported connections and behavior:

- Signed-in customer feedback form and own-submission history
- Original requests, title-word grouping and manual topic merges
- Authenticated voting and private decision history
- Separately reviewed read-only public roadmap
- Permitted Resend or HTTPS follow-up

Connections to configure, depending on the enabled features: Resend, a configured HTTPS receiver. The customer supplies the applicable accounts and permissions.

Requirements and limits: The public roadmap is read-only; feedback and voting require app-authenticated customers. Grouping compares title words. Private topic changes do not silently replace published announcements, and the host must verify addresses used for email follow-up.

Additional limits:

- Grouping is lexical, not semantic or AI prioritization.
- The existing app authenticates feedback submissions and verifies email ownership. The public roadmap is read-only; anonymous comments and votes are not supported.
- Public summaries are separate publication snapshots. Republish explicitly to change their title, explanation or status; withdraw before a private merge when needed.
- Topic summaries contain operator-selected titles; choose titles suitable for all authenticated readers.
- Grouping/operator lists inspect at most 1000 topics or requests. Each topic supports 1000 requests and 5000 voters.
- One request export at a time. In-flight messages cannot be recalled.

Additional limits:

- ICU/plurals, HTML/XML and nested JSON are rejected or unsupported
- Glossary checks are exact case-sensitive strings, not linguistic quality judgments
- Exports do not edit customer repositories or publish translations automatically
- Runtime publication is explicit; source or included bundle changes block subsequent reads until republished

Connections to configure, depending on the enabled features: Stripe. The customer supplies the applicable accounts and permissions.

Requirements and limits: One-time conversions only, in one configured currency. The service operates your program; it supplies no partners or customers. An export never transfers money, debits a partner, or proves a payout happened.

Additional limits:

- No affiliate marketplace, partner recruitment, actual payouts, automatic debits, tax reporting, subscription renewal commissions, or cross-currency rewards.
- Identity bindings and tracking permission come from a trusted application. The service does not infer email ownership or track anonymous browser cookies.
- Negative post-export corrections must be reviewed and carried into a later export. The export is an instruction document, never evidence that money moved.
